I am a Licensed real estate license broker with over 34 years of experience who works with qualified sellers and buyers and focuses on the client's satisfaction and closing the purchase, sale, or rental in record time. The full-service Realtor® assisting buyers and sellers with condominiums, townhouses, single family homes, investment properties, vacant land, businesses, and vacation rentals. The areas covered are all Miami-Dade County, and portions of Broward County and the upper keys. With such a wide scope of coverage it's easier to contact me to confirm I is the one to assist you.

I was born and raised in Miami, have put together a professional team of mortgage providers, bankers, real estate attorneys, insurance agents, design and construction professionals, and others who help provide a seamless purchase, sale or rental experience for my clients.

I am dedicated to providing the best possible customer service, offering personalized attention, and sharing my extensive knowledge of the field to ensure my clients' satisfaction when buying or selling real estate. I have an outstanding record of closing sales, even during the challenging economic downturn that we experienced in 2008-2010 and our current market with a shortage of inventory. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative, earned certification as a Certified International Property Specialist; I am also a Certified Miami-Dade Marketing Professional, a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute, and Internet Professional. I am a Leadership Training Graduate, am certified with the Performance Management Network, and am Residential Relocation Certified. I speak English and Spanish fluently, too.

I have always given back to the profession and the community. Her professional achievements and leadership have led to many awards and extensive recognition. I have been a member of the Realtor® Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches since 1990, and before I became president of the Women's Council of Realtors® in 2000, I was the council's Rising Star of 1998. After my tenure as president, WCR selected me as its Person of the Year in 2001. I have continued to collect achievement awards and recognition from the Realtor® associations, including the Florida Association of Realtors®

My family and I have been avid contributors to Born Free Pet Shelter(now closed) and Redland Dog Sanctuary. I attend the fund raiser in and have adopted or rescued multiple dogs. The joy of a dog(s) is very rewarding.
